If you browse through my portfolio (link), you would notice that I have listed the Bandar Puteri Online Community (link) under experience. I forgot to mention that I have begun blogging there since February this year.

Bandar Puteri Online Community?

You might as well be asking me, “The Bandar Puteri Online Community? What is that?”

This online community, or BandarPuteri.com.my, is an online community meant to serve residents and businesses of Bandar Puteri, Puchong. The properties in Bandar Puteri are sought for investment. However, investment alone with no actual demand homes and commercial premises would cause the bubble to burst. Furthermore, the lack of coordination in terms of information, as I came to understand, would result in further confusion. Thus, this private initiative by Intrivent Global Sdn. Bhd. (website) seeks to address the demands for information. This online community is no where related to the developers of Bandar Puteri itself.

Why Should You Care?

Reason #1: To Promote Your Business

If you have a business you’d like to expand or sell (franchise), this would be a good place to start. Unlike most blogs and website, BandarPuteri.com.my caters specifically for residents and businesses of Bandar Puteri. It’s not random advertising. You can approach your target market/prospects from a certain angle.
